We are selling two used stable blocks and the price is per stable block - NOT BOTH. If you want both then please contact us. Each stable block with tack room measures in total:- m) long x 12' deep/span (3.6m) Incorporating an 8' long (2.4m) tack room and 12' long (3.6m) stable. In addition to the 12' depth/span of each block there is a 3' eaves overhang to the front only. Both blocks are pretty much the same except one has a window in the tack and the other doesn't. These blocks are second hand and both have some, but not a lot, of rot on the bottom boards at one end so will need some repairing. However new they would cost £ approximately each so there is a good saving to be had. The price is for the buyer to dismantle and remove from site quickly with all old bolts, roofing etc to be removed by the buyer. We are a friendly family who used to have horses but we now rent out our field and stables. We offer a two-acre field, mainly flat, good grass, which has a very large loose box and a separate tack room on hard standing within the field. There is water to two troughs, and electricity to the buildings. This is DIY and sole use. There will be no one sharing the field or stables.
