Each stable block with tack room measures in total:- m) long x 12' deep/span (3.6m) Incorporating an 8' long (2.4m) tack room and 12' long (3.6m) stable. In addition to the 12' depth/span of each block there is a 3' eaves overhang to the front only. Both blocks are pretty much the same except one has a window in the tack and the other doesn't. These blocks are second hand and both have some, but not a lot, of rot on the bottom boards at one end so will need some repairing. However new they would cost £ approximately each so there is a good saving to be had. The price is for the buyer to dismantle and remove from site quickly with all old bolts, roofing etc to be removed by the buyer.
