This is a huge hand made dolls house that is ideal for dolls the size of barbie. It requires some TLC and have checked websites that do slate wall paper for the roof and bay windows etc to restore dolls houses to their original beauty and materials would cost less than £50 for this whole project. If my daughters were still into playing with their dolls - I would spend the time but they are not and this house is far too big. New - it cost over £600 and that was without the furniture (which I am including) Sizes are 52 inches in height, 41 inches in width, 22 inches depth.
