Bespoke Dolls House

Bespoke Nine Room Dolls House Dolls House w as made as a project and no expense spared. Starting from the top the chimneys have authentic chimney pots attached (four on each chimney) the roofing has been made from individually cut tiles and painted to give a grey slate effect. The sides of the outer walls have had white decorative brick effect added to give more character. The front door is wood stained and has brass effect furniture on with working coach lights either side. Surrounding the basement area there is crazy paving with black effect railing around the boundary. The steps leading to the front door are removeable. All windows are glazed. Inside all rooms have electrically operated lighting. Each room has skirting board, coving, removeable flooring other than the kitchen & bathroom. Four internal rooms have chandelier lighting with wall lights to match. The Lounge, study & dining room also have electrics for a fireplace, dado rail fitted.The fireplaces cost £40 each and can be purchased separately if required. The chandelier lights cost £65 each. The whole house has been decorated to a high standard, however colours can easily be changed with a quick coat of paint. Like wise if you wish to carpet the house the laminate effect flooring is removeable and can be used as a template for cutting the carpet. Read More

Unique Hand Built Dolls House Handmade Fishermans House Cottage

This lovely hand built dolls house was built by myself and my grandfather a number of years ago. I wish to sadly part with it due to the fact it isn't small and we will soon be losing our storage space and I'd rather see it go to a home where it is used and loved. Diameters of the base are: 80cm x 67cm I cannot remember the scale that the house was built to, but we do have a book on how to create it somewhere (if we can find it) This dolls house is all in good condition and has had a lot of time invested into it to make it look like its been on the seaside with sea washed coloured marks around the edges and hand marked paving stones, bricks and with a hand made roof. The front and back panels slot up and out for easy access, saving on space.
