This is a furnished Doll's house emporium house with 8 rooms.The lights work and the furniture is all in good condition. There is one doll in the house. I also have some Christmas decorations and spare furniture. The house is a bit old and has a couple of small bits of wear and tear, but for the most part is in very good condition £350, but you're more than welcome to make an offer!!

'Quick Style' means the house came already papered and painted on the outside, plus the stairs, banisters and internal doors were also already painted, so it has an excellent finish. There are 6 good sized rooms including two in the attic. The instruction book is included along with the remaining pieces that need to be assembled. This house would be ideal for anyone who wants to do their own decorating as all the rooms bar one are yet to be worked on. The bottom right hand room has been papered but that's all. One set of stairs have been fitted but a second set remains to be done along with the banisters. There is plenty to do yet to make it your perfect home! Sadly, my daughter wasn't too into dolls so it didn't get much use. It is much larger than the ELC dolls houses.Its dimensions are: 885 x 630 x 340mm. It is very sturdy and has opening windows and shutters which appeal to younger children. As can be seen, it has 6 rooms and an attic. The front door has slight cracks to the paint, but it is otherwise in really lovely condition. Collection is advised, due to its size and weight, from Guildford Surrey.
