Clippers turn on but blades are not moving so therefore not clipping.   Ideal if you are wanting parts or know how to fix them. The blade on clippers should still have a clip left on them if horse isnt too thick. There are also spare blades that will def need sharpening. I never got my blades sharpened i just bought new ones but always kept them for spares.
