One full necked navy blue cotton rug made by Dinky rugs. 3 straps to neck, 2 straps to front (lowered for a better fit), belly flap (that is made smaller but could easily be let out) legs straps (which i didnt use as rug was such a good fit. This is a really versatile, useful rug that i found to be a generous fit. Odd mark/hair but in very good condition.
