Prolite back support never used. Size medium. Its fully adjustable, allows you to put the appropriate amount of pressure you require on your lower back. The section that sits in your lower back is boned to give support, but is covered in neoprene so as to make it comfortable, and keep your lower back warm. I was a size 12 when I bought this, but due to its adjustability I would guess it would suit someone size 10 to 14. You can also wear this under a body protector as it's not bulky.
