The  Point Two  Soft Shell Gilet. - A fantastic safety alternative for the style conscious rider.  Size Small Rider Height   Rider Chest (cm) Waist (cm) The  Point Two  Soft Shell Gilet is discreet and stylish for virtually any activity. Identical to any other soft shell jacket used for show jumping, schooling or hacking out but with one major difference – it has a fully integrated Point Two ProAir2 airbag and trigger system! Trigger system is discreetly hidden in the front pocket of the jacket with a small opening for the lanyard which can be hidden within the jacket when not riding. Inflated by a canister of C02, stored on the front of the jacket (not included) When the rider separates from the saddle, the canister is activated by the release of a lanyard that is clipped from the jacket onto an attachment on the saddle The air bags will inflate within one tenth of a second — roughly equivalent to the blink of an eye! The ProAir will hold the rider tight for seconds and then slowly deflate over two to three minutes While the jacket is inflated, the rider will continue to have full movement of their waist, arms and legs, and partial movement of their head. The Point Two Soft Shell Gilet has been proved to work in three ways: To distribute pressure To absorb shock To support the spinal column in the event of a fall When inflated, the airbag system offers the collar of the neck and trunk more support, thus reducing the risk of over bending the spinal column. The safest way to wear the Soft Shell is in conjunction with a conventional body protector. Selling my Point Two Air Jacket as I have retired this year from eventing to concentrate on my dressage. I have worn this amazing piece of kit several times but happy to confirm that it has never 'Inflated' as I have never fallen off....but the peace of mind it has given me has been well worth the money. Comes with one air cannister fitted and a spare plus the lanyard for attaching to the front of the saddle. MEDIUM...ADULT. With fully adjustable straps to fit it snugly over your body protector or can be worn alone for hacking or showjumping. BLACK AS NEW....except for a few marks conducive to normal use.
