 Passier Grand Gilbert Dressage Saddle 17.5 seat - Medium width. This saddle has a cut back head which makes it particularily good for horses with a high wither - I used it on my TB exracer who has a shark fin wither! The saddle has short girth straps, not the long ones you usually see on a dressage saddle, it means you can use it with your standard girth and don't need a short girth. This saddle is quite old, and as such the leather is faded. Although the saddle is black there are areas that have faded and look brown. The saddle is a Passier however which means it's built to last and the leather is great quality. It may look like an old saddle but it genuinely is lovely to ride in and beautifully crafted. It has a deep seat but a small knee roll, I have hacked and jumped small fences in this saddle as you can pull your stirrups up a bit and still feel balanced and secure. I love this saddle but sadly a large vet bill means I need to sell my spare equipment, and as I currently don't have a horse this fits it's got to go. Fantastic condition medium 17" Prestige Dressage saddle- barely used!. Bought last year and only ridden in no more than 20 times due to horse going lame, I bought new from Prestige wholesaler I have all the documents to go with it. Thanks to my OCD the saddle has always been cleaned after each ride and is stored in a heater tack room or in my home. The tree is adjustable by using a heat system which is perfect for horses changing shape due to change in body shape and/or age, which is why I had originally intended to chose Prestige. Only being sold due to now having the Prestige D1 which is better for my croup horse mare.
