This auction is for a: Quality English Saddle made by Manor It is a 17.5" Medium Wide saddle used for my heavy weight cob so with fairly straight shoulders - more VSD than GP My cob is now 29 and happily retired and it is time to sell this lovely saddle It is used - light hacking over a 15 year period - but it has been very well looked after and is a beautifully soft and conditioned leather.  Hopefully the pictures show the condition and the one noticeable scratch too. Girth straps etc all in excellent used condition. For sale is a top quality saddle made by the manor company England. As you can see from pictures it's in extremely good condition and originally cost my mother £850 new. Made from quality brown leather it's 15.5 inches in size however for guidance I have added pictures with the tape measure next to critical parts of the saddle. Come with stirrups and girth etc. not had lots if use as my mother has now upgraded and had this in the stables in storage. Ideally collection from Macclesfield Cheshire however I will post. Is an absolute armchair of a saddle and was bought brand new 3 years ago! Only signs of wear are where the stirrup leathers have been and across the pommel where there are some marks. There is also a tiny black pen mark on the near side back seat of the saddle which was there when I bought the saddle brand new! Wintec VSD General Purpose Saddle.   Seat size: cm (I usually ride in 17" & I could not tell the difference).   Colour: Dark brown.   Great example of a Wintec saddle with changeable gullet system, so can be fitted to almost any horse.   Fitted with Cair, for extra comfort for your horse.   This is a lovely saddle which I wish I could keep.   Fits from narrow to extra wide gullets - very easy to fit & change!   No gullet is included, but if buyer would like a gullet fitting of their choice then I can arrange to do this at an additional cost of £15 (please contact me prior to auction end if you are interested in me fitting a gullet on buyer behalf).   Very good condition all around - Would just benefit from a wipe down.   Collection from Scunthorpe area (North Lincolnshire) or delivery via tracked/recorded/insured courier.

Stunning Lavinia Mitchell saddle sadly for sale! Only selling as I need an 18" seat but have already ordered the same again just in the larger seat as it's such a lovely saddle. 4 years old I have shown the saddle with tape measure to show width as it's not size marked but is very wide and fantastic for flat backed witherless cobs please ask if you would like me to take additional additional photos or measurements:) It's approx 8.5/9 inches from d to d ring which would suggest a wide to x wide fit.   English leather excellent condition slight wear where the stirrup leathers sit and on the under side of the flap where the girth sits as you would expect from a used saddle and shown in photos Super comfy and secure seat the VSD is very similar to working hunter so ideal for horses with large shoulders as it doesn't block the movement. Stirrup bar location designed to help you get the best seat and should hip heel alignment and adjustable knee blocks to give you a secure seat. This saddle has a small postcode stamped by the girth straps a letter to confirm sale of saddle will be sent with saddle but this is still an excellent theft deterrent as makes it much easier to identify. A few white hairs remain on the saddle but I have done my best to hoover and remove all I can these do not effect the saddle in any way. Price reflects the need for a quick sale (as can't but new saddle until this is sold!) and not the quality!   Please note no returns on this item it is sold as seen so if u need extra photos or anything   please ask:) Post within 3-4 working days, and will be parcel force 48hours or equivalent and tracked. Immediate payment required and shipping to uk address only.
