A fabulous black oakland house saddlery GP saddle complete with black english leather stirrup leathers and stainless steel stirrup irons with white rubber treads. The saddle measures 17" from stud to cantle, 8.5 inches between the D rings and 4.5 inches between the padding in the gullet where it would sit on the horses back. The tree is sound as is all the stitching, the girth straps are in good order, the leather is soft and supple and the flocking is smooth and even with a nice amount of give in it. This is a lovely saddle that has had very little use and is in very good condition. Postage to Ireland £

This auction is for a Black English Leather pony saddle by M&J Saddlery in Lichfield. It is a straight cut GP or Dressage style, with a cut back pommel.  It sits too high on my flat backed pony, so I have gone for a show saddle instead.  It is a lovely saddle in great condition, but does have some stratches across the seat, though these can't be seen once a rider is on-board, and it would also benefit from replacement girth straps on one side in the future. It measures 9" from d to d, and 16 " from the stud to the centre of the cantle. You are welcome to view if you're local. ALBION LEGEND K2 JUMPING  SADDLE 17" MEDIUM BLACK   Here we have for sale an Albion Legend K2 jumping saddle. It has a lovely soft padded seat, knee and thigh rolls making this one of the most comfortable saddles on the market. With large knee and thigh blocks for extra security whilst jumping it's easy to see why these saddles are so popular. It measures 10" between the D's and just under 6.5" at the bottom of the pommel where the flocking starts. There are 2 splits under the girth straps at the top of the under panel where we think the saddle has been reflocked. Unfortunately these have been poorly stitched, you can not see them unless you lift the girth straps up and they will not affect the use of the saddle however we feel they should be mentioned.
