Black English made GP/Event   saddle. Made by GFS. Good quality, sought after saddles. British standard on the stirrup bar and serial number stamped on sweatflap.  Measures 17" from stud to centre of cantle.  Measures 9" across the dee's. This is a nice wide fit. Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong and girth straps are sound and solid. Normal signs of use. Flair air flocked panels. Here I have for sale a 17.5 saddle made by m&j saddlery Lichfield. It is a wide measuring 9.5 inches between the d's and 5 inches between the front panels. As illustrated you can see this saddle was for a section d mare and fit her very well. However she is now up for sake hence selling this saddle. Valued by my saddler at around £300 but realistically I expect around £200. It is a very comfy saddle, has a good semi deep seet a slightly longer cantle for security over jumps and knee and thigh rolls for maximum security. Cannot fault this saddle, can be used for all disciplines or as an everyday hacking saddle as it's so comfy. For any more pics/info please ask. Very realistically priced so grab a bargain!!

In excellent condition this GP/Event  saddle was built on a standard tree and is a medium fit. It was made to measure for my Irish Draft cross Thoroughbred who had a fairly flat back hence the back pads are deep but this can be adjusted to rebalance  by reducing the flocking to suit. Very tidy saddle as you can see from the photos,  Flocked without cair Gullet change syistem fitted with purple at the moment The Wintec wide is made foR a wider flat backed hard to fit type of horse No loose stitching, girth leathers x 4 in excellent condition and tree is sound a few grey hairs under. The bit also seems a lot more comfortable for him.
