Details about   17" Leather GP Saddle

Welcome to my auction for my 17" Gp saddle.  It really is a very nice saddle in good condition. I cannot see a makers name, but it is stamped as Made in England. This saddle has had very little use and has been well looked after. I would say it is a medium fit, distance between D rings is about 7.5 inches.  It is a comfortable and smart looking saddle and I am reluctant to sell it, but I no longer need it as it does not fit my current horse. Generally very good condition apart from a 2 " split in the stitching on the waist which I have tried to show in the photo. The stitching is also coming undone on one side of the seat-please see final photo. This could no doubt be easily repaired. Collection welcome and in that case cash would be preferred.

Lovely Brown 17" Saddle by Granville. Lovely condition, very little used. Flocking is firm and smooth. Tree is perfectly sound. Been well looked after. Will be cleaned and oiled ready for sale, little dusty from storage! Stamped wide. Measures 8.5" between D's, lovely 4" wide gullet. Extremely comfortable and secure seat. It is stamped with a M before the numbers and was told it was a medium fit when i bought it. I have taken a picture of D to D as do not want to comment on fit. Collection or viewing welcome.

I am selling a used 17" Havana brown Spalding GP leather saddle. The saddle has been well looked after and is in good used condition which I have tried to show in the photographs. I bought the saddle new to fit a very wide cob and I found it to be comfortable to use. I bought it for just short of £.  The saddle measures approx: seat 17", D to D ring 9", mid seat to longest point of flap 20".
