Three years old so still in excellent used condition. Please note that some of the girth strap holes are a bit stretched but this has not been a problem for me. The cantle is lightly scuffed but not split. I am pointing these things out because I want to be clear about its condition. I consider it excellent but you must judge for yourself. Constructed on a tree developed and manufactured by Jeffries, the Elite Jumping saddle has a low profile seat to allow the rider flexibility and comfort.  The close-contact panels are flocked with pure new wool rather than using pre-formed foam to allow a perfect fit. Details about   Fylde Saddle 18" Working Hunter Havannah

A Fylde working hunter saddle that has been mega well used and needs lots of tlc! I have taken as good a picture as I can to show that the seat has started to come away from the seam, the worst side being the right but the left is going too although I used a fluffy seat saver. I have oiled the saddle regularly so it is supple but the girth straps, although useable, would be fair to say have stretched and for safety definitely could do with being replaced! The stitching is coming away slightly at the bottom of the right hand flap and although this has no detriment to the saddle it could be stitched whilst girth straps/seat are being sorted. There are water marks clearly visible on the seat area where I've used it out in the rain over many, many years - see picture. It is a big, wide saddle for a big horse it's been on many cob x types of 15.2 upto 17.3!! It is an old saddle but comfortable never the less and with the right hands could be either restored to working hunter classes again or at least used for work riding. It cost a fortune in it's day and has had many judges comments of comfort but it is tired and very worn and old so bear this in mind hence no reserve price being applied as I would just like it to go to a new home because we don't have the type of horses it requires to be used any more and it's becoming another orniment to clean!! The tree is sound and after all it is a Fylde!! Happy bidding. What can i say? Jeffries Elite Dressage Saddle fantastic condition, Lovely deep seat Nice knee rolls Excellent condition Girth straps are in very good condition showing little signs of wear. As you can see by the photo it measures 10" D ring to D ring however in my opinion this is generous to the size and feel happier saying it comes out narrower when fitting to a horse, maybe a good medium! I can confirm it has MW stamped on the stirrup bar.

These reins are in excellent condition and bear the E Jeffries oval stamp on one of the billet ends. They are havannah and full size. The reins are leather with soft grip inserts. They are ideal for a curb rein on a double bridle for hunting as do not soak up the water. Also for dressge. Only for sale as I have changed the colour of my tack.

Brown falcon saddle. Good general condition. There are some marks/ scratches so not really one for the show ring but would be perfect as a second saddle. The stitching   on the poll needs tightened up but easily fixed by a saddler. This saddle is fantastic to jump/ hunt / cross country in. I also thought it was really comfy for long hacks. I paid £450 for this 5 years ago. Due to the marks etc I am only looking for a 1/4 of that. Grab a bargain.
