Unfortunately this saddle is surplus to requirements as whilst it fits the pony, it doesn't fit the child it was intended for! It is in extremely good condition and as the photos show is leather with serge panels and synthetic flaps so is the best of all worlds! It has a wide gullet & wide panels to distribute the weight of the rider away from the spine, and is designed to fit awkward-shaped native ponies with broad flat backs & no withers. I do not have space in my tack room for all the saddles that I have found really useful and comfortable so am having a clear-out and getting rid of everything very cheaply! I have listed this item elsewhere so may end the auction early, but I am happy for anyone near to RG9 to view it, or else to try it on. I myself have had a nightmare with various courier companies that claim to not be able to find the house or find anyone at home, so I am happy to send at cost via the buyer's preferred company, in the meantime I will list P+P as £15, but it could well be less

17" The Pony Saddle Company WH/GP/Show Saddle in a gorgeous chocolate dark brown and with suede seat, knee and thigh rolls.This saddle is a 6 fit which is an extra wide.  Measures from d to d 9 inches.  This saddle has hardly been used, has been well looked after and is in very good condition.  The knee rolls are leather with velcro attachments so can be removed for showing.

This saddle was bought from Calcutts a year ago. It is well looked after and is in very good condition for its age. There is some scuffing to the underside of the pommel which doesn't affect it's use.   The saddle is a little bit too big for our pony. I can post, but at buyers expense.

Immaculate and hardly used 15" Bates GP pony saddle for sale.  Bought for my 12hh Dartmoor pony, but was too big so only used for about two months.  Currently fitted with the blue medium/wide plate, but this can easily be changed.  I have a Bates fitting device and am happy to include this with the saddle.
