I bought this rug secondhand, because it was advertised as XL, which it isn't, so it does not fit my chunky ID. Some small tears to lining, one of which has been repaired - I've tried to show these in the photo's.

Horseware Amigo light weight turnout rug   I am selling some of my old rugs as I no longer have the horse they fitted. please see my 'other items' for more rugs This rug is used and does have rips in places, please see pictures, worn last winter and was waterproof, but may now need reproofing, been stored inside It is a 6ft Horseware Amigo light weigh turnout rug there are a few rips on the outside but none on the inside lining (see pics 8 & 9) please look carefully at the pictures, all of the rips have been shown chest fixings are fine although slightly rusted. 1 surcingle is missing, but could easily be replaced. the tail strap is secure but the fixing for it is starting to come unstitched (see 2nd to last pic), there is also a rip in the tail flap (3rd pic) There are a number of small pinprick holes on both sides of this rug as shown in pictures 6 & 7 (horse liked to push against barbed wire) they are only small, but may leak water, so could possibly need repairing. Amigo turnout rug - it's a very light medium weight, somewhere between 100gsm - 200gsm. Two chest buckles and velcro, metal loops for a neck cover, cross surcingles, D rings for leg straps, and tail flap. The lining is a black silky feel fabric. Washed and reproofed with Nikwax. Patches on the off side back end, and some little pulls further forward, the nearside has two small oversewn tears. Everything that is likely to let in water, like the pulls and oversewn tears has had Stormsure (waterproof flexible rubbery glue) put on. It is getting on, and has gone quite soft feeling, but will still do what's it's meant to. It weighs about 2.3 kgs before wrapping, so will come by myHermes, that being the cheapest way to send. If you live in the Highlands or Islands, or in Ireland, PLEASE contact me with your postcode and I'll see what sort of delivery is available, thank you. Horseware Amigo medium weight turnout rug, 5'6"

Amigo turnout with integrated hood. It is about 5 years old and still nice and waterproof. I think it is about 200g weight. Used for a few months since last clean so a bit grubby but perfectly usable, no damage just a bit of rust on buckles. Colour is called 'otter' with cream binding. Don't have anyone it fits any more. Label says 5'9" but Amigos tend to come up small so would fit a pony in a typical 5'6" rug. Read More
