I managed to track down this original Fal Cavalier online for the simple reason that these rugs, in my opinion, are second to none.  This was used for one winter only.  It has very little signs of wear and is in excellent condition.  I have not had the rug washed simply because it compromises the weatherproofing, so it is a little muddy.  There are no snags, tears or damage to the body of the rug - it's only fault is that the stitching is coming away slightly on one of the front straps (this, as you can see from the photo, could be repaired easily). Like a duvet for your horse and so light to handle, quick drying and keeps the coat shiny. T bar fastenings, crossover surcingles and plastic covered fillet string.  These original rugs are getting harder and harder to come by and are expensive if you can find them! It is 6 ft 6 inch, heavyweight (350g) and aqua blue with green binding.  It also has a detachable neck. A really quality, cosy rug - will keep the elements at bay for your equine friend all winter! Fal Pro Tasker Horse Stable Rug 350g - Size 5ft 9in - Cleaned For sale as time to let go, pony passed away October and this rug cleaned and put into storage in a clean smoke free environment. Washed professionally, although some staining still evident as can be seen in the photographs.  Was in fact used little. Buckles excellent. A 350 gram rug, one of the  warmest for winter. Royal Blue colour. Classic neck line. White cotton lining. Size 5'9"/EU175cms.  Used for a 14.2 hh pony. Understand you cannot get this rug anymore.  Paid well for it as is a quality rug.

FAL PRO CRUSADER HEAVYWEIGHT TURNOUT RUG 6'3" This rug is used but in good condition. It has a SILVER INTERACTIVE lining and has a 350g pollyfill and was made in the UK. It has a denier ballistic nylon outer fabric and no side seams. It is waterproof and breathable so can be used as a stable rug too. It has the pvc coated fillet string and clip so it's easy to clean. All the clips and buckles are in good repair. There are two repairs on the rug which I have tried to show in the photos and the underside of the tailflap is peeling away. This is an excellent quality rug and is tough and hardwearing.  It has been professionally laundered and reproofed and is ready to go. Grab yourself a bargain as this was very expensive new.
