Brown English leather Ideal saddle Company saddle. This saddle was checked last week by a master saddler and is sound. It's a dead on medium fit with a 17" seat. I bought this saddle a few weeks ago but my horse has changed shape dramatically and therefore no longer fits. It has a very deep comfortable seat which encourages a correct riding position. It's been very well looked after by previous owner. It does have the usual marks where the leathers sit but when mounted you can't even see them. All girth straps are in full working order and both d rings are in place. There is a very slight amount of rust around the d rings as expected but doesn't affect the use in any way. Please make sure you measure your horse correctly as I don't accept returns. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to answer all questions as best I can. Saddle is advertised else where so I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold before auction end. Beautiful general purpose saddle made by Nathaniel Underwood. (On internet at nathanielunderwood.co.uk) It is marked as a Medium Wide and measures 17.5" from the NU pin to the saddle back (I think this is the correct way to size it, but I have also added a picture with the measuring tape simply from front to back if that helps). It is in very good condition, with signs of use on the girth straps as expected from a used saddle but I have tried to show this in the pictures and there is still loads of wear left in them. There is a small dink in the cantle but it is tiny as can be seen in the picture. It really is a very comfy saddle and beautifully made but now surplus to requirements. Any questions, just ask. For sale is a top quality saddle made by the manor company England. As you can see from pictures it's in extremely good condition and originally cost my mother £850 new. Made from quality brown leather it's 15.5 inches in size however for guidance I have added pictures with the tape measure next to critical parts of the saddle. Come with stirrups and girth etc. not had lots if use as my mother has now upgraded and had this in the stables in storage. Ideally collection from Macclesfield Cheshire however I will post.
