I measured 16" from button to mid cantle.  I measured (ruler picture) 8" across the front.  It is in good condition but well loved. It was made by Aldridge & Sons in Reading (still open but now not a saddler but making other leather goods)

Details about   Brown Inch T4 Pony Club Saddle!

Thorowgood T4 brown Pony Club saddle. In very good condition except for one slight rub on left-hand side under saddle flap - cannot be seen when ridden as under saddle flap - shown in photos. This saddle was used for approximately 6 months intermittently with another saddle that we had for the pony. It has always been covered when stored and stored in a clean and dry tack room. This is the latest version of the Thorowgood saddle with changeable gullet, movable blocks and changeable girth straps. Currently fitted with black (medium) gullet bar although I do have other gullet bars available (refer my other listings). Happy for potential buyers to inspect saddle before bidding. Collection from EN6 near jnc of M25 or near A10. Postage at buyers expense. Please feel free to ask any questions. Advertised elsewhere so reserve the right to withdraw listing if sold elsewhere.
