Cut back pommel, ideal for horses with high wither.   Very comfortable and good condition, has been well looked after, just a few minor blemishes expected of a used saddle - a couple of scratches on the seat, scrape on the pommel (Pictured). A lovely quality black english leather GP saddle made by Bachelor. The saddle measures 17.5" from stud to cantle, 7.5 inches between the D rings and 4 inches between the padding in the gullet where it would sit on the horses back. The stirrup bar is stamped with an N.  The tree is sound as is all the stitching, the leather is soft and supple, the girth straps are all in good order and the flocking is smooth and even with a nice amount of give in it. A very nice saddle in good condition. Postage to Ireland would be £20

Details about   USED BLACK leather GP saddle 18"

USED BLACK leather GP saddle 18". This item is in good condition and measures 9" from D - D rings. The internal gullet measures 4 1/2" at the front, 2 1/2" in the middle and 1 1/2" at the back. The saddle is showing signs of wear and tear in places - where the stirrup leathers sit there is colour deteration, the cantle and pommel has some leather top dresssing damage and on the right side of the saddle flap a few stitches have come undone and the girth straps have stretched on this side too. None of these things effect the use of the saddle more appearance than anything. It would be an ideal saddle for breaking or as a spare.
