Hello and welcome to my auction for this fantastic show saddle By Master Saddler Keith Luxford,  Saddles from this saddler are well renowned for there quality, workmanship and longevity and this on is no exception!   Due to it having a bit of age to it and being well used and well loved it has some patches where the nap is slightly flatter than others (under the stirrup leathers for example) but compared to some almost new Suede saddles I have seen this suede is in fab condition! (again testimony to the quality of it) It has pink stitching and orange piping and  is of a close contact design with point straps to help prevent the saddle slipping, It also has a very slight knee roll built in to the saddle flap itself, it is very discreet to look at but would certainly be more secure than the plain, flat leather style flaps. This is such a lovely saddle that i fell in love with and bought for my horse but my little barrel is just to flat withered for it:-(so here it is for sale and I am sure It would look stunning on any horse! (I can imagine it on a palomino or a dun....how gorgeous would that look!) This does have a bit of age to it and has been used so please expect the usual signs of use and wear but the photo's are an accurate reflectionof its condition and if you need anymore please do let me know!

Black 18" 'BRITTANIA' English Leather GP Saddle - Narrow/Medium Fit This saddle is in good used condition, t ree, girth straps and stitching are all in good order. It has a cut back pommel suit would suit high withered TB types. Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantel, D to D measures approx 8 1/2" and gullet opening is approx 4 1/2" which I would say is narrow/medium fit.   18" quality brown English leather GP saddle. 'Huntsman' - Made by F E Towe, Walsall. Says N (narrow) on tree but more like narrow/medium fit really 9" D-D centres, 4" between padding below pommel, cut back wither. Just been re-flocked and thoroughly checked June so all padding is even and stitching is good. Soft and supple leather. 4 new girth straps. This is a really nice comfortable saddle which has no serious damage just the normal small scuffs and marks you would expect from a used saddle. There is a small circular stain on the seat but hardly worth mentioning. Not overly large or heavy for an 18" Can be borrowed and tried if you are local. Returns accepted but buyer pays return carrier postage.

Lovely comfortable saddle only used for two years from new.  The straight design of the saddle flap allows freedom of movement for the horses shoulder; you will notice your horse being able to move with much longer strides which helps towards achieving a good outline.  I paid £ for this saddle, it is in excellent condition as I have looked after it with loving care; only for sale as I do not have a horse anymore - grab yourself a bargain!

This saddle was bought from local saddler now retired.  Has had girth straps replaced in last two years, has excellent knee rolls, D rings for flask and sandwich bag etc. (which my new saddle does not!)
