This saddle was bought from local saddler now retired.  Has had girth straps replaced in last two years, has excellent knee rolls, D rings for flask and sandwich bag etc. (which my new saddle does not!) Brown English made GP (possibly polo)   saddle. Good quality, stamped 'Made In England' with serial number.  Measures 18" from stud to centre of cantle.  Measures a good 9" across the dee's. Fits more generously due to foam half panels. This is a nice generous wide fit. Flap measures " from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong and girth straps are sound and solid. Normal signs of use. Suaede seat is slightly smoothed with use. Foam panels are soft and even. Nice wide gullet with flat panels. Walsall made pony dressage saddle.  In very good used condition. Rare to find a wide 16" true pony dressage saddle! Stamped Gallop on the flap. British standard on the stirrup bar. Good quality English leather throughout, and well made. Stamped 'Made in Walsall, England' on the sweatflap. Good big knee block. Versatile, comfy and secure. Good wide and well padded seat. Lovely broad panels and wide gullet. Puts you in a correct position. Set back stirrup bars. Suede seat and knees for more grip. Measures 16" from stud to centre of cantle. Measures 9 1/2" across the dee's. Nice Wide to Extra Wide fit.  Flap measures 15" from stirrup bar to bottom.  Tree is sound. The stitching is strong, and girth straps are in good condition. Has point strap fitted, to help stability, and holds the saddle well behind the horse's shoulder. Panels are wool flocked and soft and even. Just normal signs of wear and use. This unbranded, but nicely crafted, saddle is in Very Good Condition overall. There are the usual wear marks as must be expected but nothing major of note or anything that affects this saddle cosmetically or it's functionality. (see NB) This saddle was checked by a reputable saddler.  The 'photo's are as clear as possible & show good pictures  (I hope) most of which can be 'zoomed' into for a closer look !!. NB ~  There's some signs of  wear to part of the stitching, (if looked at closely) but only on a small section of each skirt and a small part at the edge of the leg panels.
