BATES VSD SADDLE Beautiful Australian Nut VSD saddle which has recently been checked by a master saddler and is in a very good, well cared for condition. This saddle is fitted with a wide gullet (red) and is cair. I bought this saddle for my horse and unfortunately it does not suit her or myself as the seat size is too big for me. Bates VSD standard fitting 17 inch saddle with CAIR Currently fitted with wide (red) gullet and will come with small pot of Bates leather conditioner Excellent condition, owned for just over 1 year and one previous owner prior to that who I believe bought it new approx 2 1/2 yrs ago. Absolutely immaculate and has been very well looked after (please note shine/lines on pictures is from leather conditioner because I'm obsessed with cleaning it:)) I've had a good look over it tonight and can find no real marks, scuffs or imperfections except for one small scratch under the flap and a bit of brown fluff from my horse on the velcro knee block material! Used on a Welsh x TB and would highly recommend for the horse with the larger shoulder for that extra freedom of movement and also comfort for rider. Only selling because I don't really use enough to warrant keeping such a beautiful saddle and am looking sure a standard dressage one to replace it.

Bates 17" VSD saddle

I have my horses Bates VSD saddle for sale. Currently fitted with a red - wide gullet. Usual signs of ware but good overall condition. It was a Cair saddle however was changed and reflocked about a year ago however my saddler said it would be easy to change back into a cair if you required. Should be able to be changed by any saddler who stocks the air cushions. Changed due to horses preference. The most comfortable saddle I have ever ridden in and if it was an inch shorter i wouldn't be selling! However unfortunately my physio says it's slightly too long for my boy.
