I am selling unique antique whip with a little surprise. It is made of leather and you will easily notice that it served ages. The nicely shaped brass handle hides a little surprise and rattle. I am not quite sure about country of origin… Far East, Arabia...? The piece is in good used condition but need a bit of TLC. Please take a closer look and judge yourself.

This is a vintage hunt whip with a plaited leather lash. It has a horn handle with criss cross carving underneath. I think the collar is steel -it is not hall marked.  The collar has a small crack which appears to be superficial. It does not affect its integrity. I have tried to show this in the photos.It is wooden not plaited leather like the swaine ones are. It has a few marks and scuffs obviously because of its age and use. The binding is original as far as I'm aware, still in very good condition and is sound. It measures approx 21" along the length of the cane. Mum collected walking sticks and crops and other than the fact she had it for several years I don't know any more about it. Thanks for looking
