Details about   6'3" Lightweight Stable Rug (Rhinegold)

This is a really useful rug as it is not too thick so ideal for natives or older horses that just need a little extra warmth (or to keep greys/skewbalds clean!) It is made by Rhinegold and is navy with small white check, edged with navy/grey binding. It is fully lined with a soft, cotton feel lining. It has two front buckle straps, cross surcingles and loops for leg straps or a fillet string. (Note it doesn't come with either a fillet string or leg straps as I have never needed either.) It has a small tail flap and darts at the shoulder for easier movement. I can find no tears or damage on the rug whatsoever. It has been professionally cleaned and is ready for immediate use. Only for sale as I no longer have a horse that it will fit. I have tried to keep postage to a minimum. though unfortunately rugs are heavy, however if you live in the Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides or other places in the UK where extra postage is required I will have to increase the cost to cover this.

This rug - the "Torrent" is made from a cute stars patterned fabric.Although the fabric may look great, it is 600D ripstop which means it is strong, tough and robust. The fully waterproof outer is lined with a full cotton liner that wicks away any moisture and allows the rug to slide over the coat, preventing rubbing. The rug has no polyfill and is simply a lightweight turnout sheet that is great for use on warmer spring days and also on wet and warm days in the summer.The rug has its usual design of the slotted surcingles - the surcingles feed through two slots on the sides of the rug - meaning the rug can hang straight and rain can run off the sides without running underneath the horse. This style of rug offers greater protection.The rug features a large tail flap, a faux sheepskin wither for padded comfort and a double adjustable fastening across the front of the chest.
