Black general purpose leather saddle, made by Granville saddlery. It has an 18" seat and is medium wide fitting. The leather shows some discolouration and raised bumps over it, although this is purely superficial as all leather work and stitching is sound. Pls see photos. Any questions pls ask.

A black GP18” saddle made by The Saddle Company. The underneath is synthetic, but the seat, knee pad and saddle flaps are leather. It measures 8.5” between the D rings. The girth straps are in good order, and the flocking is smooth and even. It fitted a 15.2hh Thoroughbred x Welsh.   There are the usual signs of wear that you would expect with a used saddle but otherwise comfortable saddle.

Its a brilliant saddle so don't want it going to waste in my tack room! The girth straps are in fantastic condition, no marks (shown in pictures). The saddle in itself is in very good condition, just a few hairs here are there. The stitching is all in good order. There is a very small mark on the right knee pad. Its not a tare, as there inst a hole, its like a hard bit of the material in which I also tried to show in the pictures. This saddle has detachable knee rolls to suit your preference. USED BLACK leather GP saddle 18". This item is in good condition and measures 9" from D - D rings. The internal gullet measures 4 1/2" at the front, 2 1/2" in the middle and 1 1/2" at the back. The saddle is showing signs of wear and tear in places - where the stirrup leathers sit there is colour deteration, the cantle and pommel has some leather top dresssing damage and on the right side of the saddle flap a few stitches have come undone and the girth straps have stretched on this side too. None of these things effect the use of the saddle more appearance than anything. It would be an ideal saddle for breaking or as a spare.

Tekna GP synthetic saddle in good condition the only signs of wear are along the back of the seat this is visible in the photos. A lovely comfortable saddle that is no longer needed. It is officially a medium wide in the Tekna make but it is fairly wide fitting. it fit nicely on a flat backed 15.3 welsh cob who is not usually a mw.

Gullet measurements from front, middle and back are (f)3"; (m)2"; (b) 2". It has been very well looked after and is in excellent condition.
