Black general purpose leather saddle, made by Granville saddlery. It has an 18" seat and is medium wide fitting. The leather shows some discolouration and raised bumps over it, although this is purely superficial as all leather work and stitching is sound. Pls see photos. Any questions pls ask.

I am selling my black 18" wide Thorowgood saddle which no longer fits due to my horse loosing weight. Was on a 16hh chunky Freisian x. Still in very useable and good condition and looks lovely when cleaned up nicely. It is semi synthetic. Has some wear and tear on the underneath I.e. the straps however still attractive looking and functional. Collection only or I can deliver locally if asked first!

18" black Thorowgood Saddle in good condition. Interchangeable gullet system and currently has a black R-bar gullet in it which is a Medium size. Saddle has been used a handful of times but due to being stored away has a few minor imperfections. There are slight wear/rub marks on left side of saddle (see pictures) on the seat and saddle flap but this is very minor. Also; there is a small nick on right side of saddle flap which I believe has been developed from being stored away. Stirrup leathers included in sale but stirrup irons are not. A black GP18” saddle made by The Saddle Company. The underneath is synthetic, but the seat, knee pad and saddle flaps are leather. It measures 8.5” between the D rings. The girth straps are in good order, and the flocking is smooth and even. It fitted a 15.2hh Thoroughbred x Welsh.   There are the usual signs of wear that you would expect with a used saddle but otherwise comfortable saddle.

18 inch medium, Thorowgood, Griffin black synthetic saddle, synthetic suede seat for extra grip, extremely light weight, comfortable, used but in good condition apart from seams, needs slight sewing stitching on either side of the seams as seen in pictures but dosent effect the saddle performance or use, can easily be repaired.
