Very tidy unbranded dressage saddle. 17.5 seat and medium fit. Y girth system and adjustable stirrup bars make this quite an unusual saddle. Very nicely balanced with medium external knee rolls which are quite soft. Flocked with wool and flocking in great condition. Fairly deep gusset. Medium deep seat. A good work saddle for any yard. Slight rain damage at cantle shown in photo 10. The black is not quite as black here as it should be. A total bargain as we don't know the maker.

 Passier Grand Gilbert Dressage Saddle 17.5 seat - Medium width. This saddle has a cut back head which makes it particularily good for horses with a high wither - I used it on my TB exracer who has a shark fin wither! The saddle has short girth straps, not the long ones you usually see on a dressage saddle, it means you can use it with your standard girth and don't need a short girth. This saddle is quite old, and as such the leather is faded. Although the saddle is black there are areas that have faded and look brown. The saddle is a Passier however which means it's built to last and the leather is great quality. It may look like an old saddle but it genuinely is lovely to ride in and beautifully crafted. It has a deep seat but a small knee roll, I have hacked and jumped small fences in this saddle as you can pull your stirrups up a bit and still feel balanced and secure. I love this saddle but sadly a large vet bill means I need to sell my spare equipment, and as I currently don't have a horse this fits it's got to go. Stunning 18" medium (standard butet medium - very versatile!) fit Butet dressage saddle. Gold in colour, this saddle is a however is in absolutely immaculate condition for its age ! The only thing to mention is one small scra tch on one knee roll, other than that it is absolutely stunning, and the full calf skin leather is in beautiful condition.  This is the semi deep seat, and a custom made dual flap, so able to use a long girth on it (and able tighten it up easier whilst being in the saddle   ) however loses no closeness of contact and feel thanks to the craftsmanship of the Butet tree. A truly stunning saddle, they RRP new at £ so this represents outstanding value at the great price of £995  As all our saddles, this comes with a 10 day trial as standard (within UK only) to ensure it is perfect for both you and your horse

REDUCED!! This is a beautiful soft leather saddle, made by Passier and Sohn. My photos really do not really do it justice. I bought it for our pony but sadly it is too small. It is used but in excellent condition. The top of the seat,is a rich dark brown leather whilst the rest of it is black. Ideal for showing or dressage. These saddles still sell for over £ new. I checked the Authenticity from Passier when I purchased it and these are their comments:The saddle with the serial number is a Century Saddle size 16", medium tree of 27,5cm. The tree can be widened up to a tree width of 31 cm, which would be verywide. Normally a Pony needs a tree width between 28,5 cm and 29,5 cm". All sensible offers considered REDUCED
