Early 20th Century Antique Beautiful Clock Garniture.
Here for sale we have a beautiful Clock Garniture. It is of Early 20th Century Antique English Edwardian Pottery form by A.G. Harley Jones of Royal Vienna Art Pottery, Fenton, Staffordshire, {}. Each piece is highly decorated by transfer prints by the popular artist of the time of Angelica Kauffman whose name can be seen clearly on the clock artwork. It is fairly rare today to find a complete set like this, which includes the plinth for the clock. The base of each piece fully marked with the printed gilt Maker's Mark of the period, viz: - A Lion Passant above a Crown within a Floral Wreath, with the word ENGLAND below, this together with the indistinct raised molded number, 951, possibly a pattern number.
