I think shed mad selling him, but: Milo is a true schoolmaster, he has been used as a happy hacker during the week and at weekends he has either been out jumping/ hunting/beach rides/distance rides or on a road trip to hack out with his horsey friends. Milo has stayed away on adult jumping camps and at friend's yards. And he hasn't been stressed or bothered by any of the changes. He has competed in XC and Arena Eventing. He is happy tied to the trailer at shows, you can litterally walk away and leave him. He also leaves the field of horses and stsnds in a stable without fuss or stressing. He is fab to clip, shoe & load. He has no vices apart from being a bit lazy sometimes, but he has got a 5th gear when it's needed. He is competing up to 90cm and has qualified Hickstead cm classes. He was living out until he came to be sold, but he's happy to be in at night. Will turn out with mares or geldings. Its with a heavy heart that I have to put Alfie up for sale Hes a heavyweight cob, 15.2hh, 10 yrs old. Hes safe, but very green. I bought Alfie in and owned him for 2 yrs, in this time he has been a happy hack with light schooling, I sadly had health issues which forced me to sell him in . Late I was offered to buy him back, which I did, but sadly Alfie was very overweight, weighing in at 750kg. Over this winter he has lost 150kg and is where he needs to be.
