Dandy Destiny Folding Camper berth

6-berth folding camper with insulated PVC roof so it can be folded away when wet. Built in kitchen unit with grill and two gas hobs, plus sink. The camper is fitted for hook-up and has a whale water pump (not tested) and space for a leisure battery, plus there is an under-floor gas heater (factory fitted) which we have never used. PVC cover fits tightly over the camper when travelling and to protect it when not being used. Very light, can be towed by pretty much any car. Lots of under-seat storage in the camper where you can keep bedding etc. There are a few dints on the trailer as it's 28 years old and the door catch that keeps it open has broken (probably replaceable but it's never bothered us) but it's in really good condition for its age and we've had some brilliant holidays in it, most recently last summer when we went to Lincolnshire for four days of rain and it stayed dry inside the camper throughout the time we were there. It's a really clever design and everything folds away into a much smaller space than you'd expect. It was perfect for us when the kids were younger but now feels a little cramped with three teenagers and two parents which is why we're selling. Dandy Destiny High Sided Six Berth in good condition. (No leaks at all - but doesn't look brand new!) Complete with original awning. Insulated PVC 'fabric' and roof, with solid side walls (PVC covered and insulated) and double glazing. Great for a family. Will last for many years to come. 3-Way (gas, mains and 12v) Fridge with small freezer compartment, four burner cooker and grill. Sink with pumped water (12V) Whale. Full mains hook-up with 12v and 240v internal supplies. Strip lights all 12V. Three double sockets 240V. We tend to use it with one double bed permanently set up, the end sofa set up as a sofa and the table with seating for six on two sofas. Now the kids have left we never use the awning! There is plenty of space. As its sides and roof are insulated, just using a small fan heater can warm it up quickly for the colder days / evenings. Toastie! As the tenting is all PVC, it can be packed away wet! Though actually, we have never had to, even in England! Being PVC, we just wipe off the dew in the morning leaving little to dry off before packing. Dandies last for decades! The 'canvas' doesn't rot at all! The side walls are both on gas struts for easy lifting (similar to lift up boot doors on a car) Kitchen unit. Note the fridge and cutlery drawer to the right. Whale pump.
