Cleaning Manager in Brandon
Blackstone UK Consulting Ltd is looking for a Cleaning Manager. Reporting to the Project Manager, the post holder will be responsible for maximising resources, managing a team effectively and efficiently, and will have had previous experience and/or qualifications in the role. This role is based at Lakenheath. The successful applicant must have a full clean driving licence, must complete high security clearance paperwork and satisfy Right to Work requirements/ employment checks. Key elements to successfully carrying out the role will be; §Good computer skills (eg Excel and Word) §IOSH/Health and Safety/ Risk Assessment §Budget control §Good communicator; building good client/team relationships §Quality control within KPI §Proactive approach §Training/appraisals §HR/Managing sickness/absence/disciplinary §Able to work with minimal supervision §Schedule periodic tasks throughout the year §Complete weekly meetings with client §Experience in carpet and all types of floor cleaning §Manage non-conformance and customer complaints BSUKCL
