Equestrian smallholding for sale

We are sadly selling our smallholding in newton with scales preston due to moving away from the area. There are just over 4acres of land split into paddocks. 4 stables and a barn all connected together. Stables are 12x12 and the barn in 30x20. We have had full planning for these including a Static on the very large hard standing area approved for use as comfort while on the farm tending to the animals. There is a generator for electric and a pond at the very top of the land for water. We get a very good supply from the massive roof also and collect into barrels. Any further questions please ask. SPAYED (neutered), recently wormed and flea treated, vaccinated since birth (although this year’s booster jab has expired and will need to be done). Although wary and shy at first both are very friendly when they get to know you, in good health, used to living indoors and out, VORACIOUS KILLERS Would suit farm or smallholding/ kept inside or barn-cats. Mittens is a bit special - she has only one eye and is a ‘witches cat’ (extra toes front and back) but is the most effective killer I have ever seen in a cat. Smokey is beautiful but without doubt, the boss cat. Mittens loves attention and will be carried about. Smokey prefers stroking and mainly on her terms. Will eat most foods (not Whiskas dry) but their all-time favourite seems to be Aldi dry food so inexpensive tastes. Reluctant rehoming desperately needed on advice as my son has chronic asthma and cat hair allergy which has been landing him in hospital. No moneys wanted, just a caring home/environment. Country cats looking for a country home in Carlisle

3 glorious young cats looking for a country home where they can live outside and Rome free like cats do. Would ideally live a farm home or stables where they can keep control of your mice or rats. Great hunters. Loves to be fussed and are all very friendly. One torti female (in kitten) I think, one female white with small patches of ginger and black an one stunning big ginger boy. Would like them to stay together but they would happily live separate. All are fully vaccinated and not due a booster until this time next year. Please no town houses these cats are used to being out and about and hunting. I would ideally like them to live away from a busy road as they are not used to traffic.
