Front rolls up and side panel is detachable (or attaches the toilet annex) Toilet annex - attaches to the main full awning Half length awning (porch style) Sun canopy Mains hook up cable (approx. 25m in length) Hitch lock and cover Wheel clamp Main tent canvas and full length awning were re-waterproofed over summer of . Main camper canvas has NO rips or tears but does show brushstrokes from previous waterproofing and has age-related fading. All canvas on the camper, main awning and toilet annex are completely waterproof with no leaks at all. I can't comment on the small awning/sun canopy as we have not used these in our 4 years of ownership (but they have been dry stored in our shed). The interior furnishings (cushions, beds, etc.) are in very good condition with NO rips/tears/stains anywhere on the visible surfaces. Camper includes the bed inner-tent pods which many no longer appear to have. Gas and electrics are in good working order, a new leisure battery was put in ready for the summer of and all electrics work (12v and mains hook up).
