It is boxed and with the Roatating flat Surface mount, Profile Mount both have not been used so the sticky pads are unused, there is is also the 4gb micro sd card and adapter and the soft pouch. I am also including the vented Helmet mount. The camera is in good condition and is working perfectly, I have been using it on my cycle commute, the only marks is around the front as can be seen in the photos.
