A Very Good Example Of A True Connemara Gelding Registered with the connemara Pony Breeders society Ireland. Young Paddy is standing at a measured height of 14.2hh approximately at present, he was 4 years old this year. I have owned him since he was a foal and bought him from his breeder knowing what both his dam and sire measured in at and the bloodlines are proven to event. A lot of careful time has been spent on this horse breaking him in and he is just a really respectful honest horse that is always attentive to what you ask him. He has a soft mouth and is good in heavy traffic as he has been ridden on the roads a lot to get him used to all around him. He has seen lots of farm machinery motorbikes and all that kind of stuff.He is good for the farrier and to load, bath and catch. Pretty 15hh, 10 year old, cremello, Connemara mare. Else has been a hunting pony in Ireland much of her life. She came over in the spring as a friend wanted to have a foal from her, unfortunately his circumstances changed and this never happened. She has since been with me to school and sell. She works nicely in the school in all 3 paces, has sj up to about cm, done some unaffiliated dressage and lots of xc. Hacks out alone or in company but is more "buzzy" on her own. She is never strong and always in a snaffle. No lumps bumps or vices. She isn't a total plod but doesn't fire off either. She has lots of hunting experience and is hence happier in company.
