Vongo Solaris 400 Airbeam Tent, footprint and Airbeam Excel Side Awning Standard for Solaris 400

Vango Solaris 400 Air Beam tent, with pump, footprint and Side Awning. Four months old, in very good condition. It is very easy for one person to put up. This is a nice tent, with a good head height and it sleeps four people. This tent has a very spacious living area of 2.5 x 2.5 metres. The attached front canopy gives even more living space, shade and protection from the rain when entering or leaving the tent. The front canopy can be rolled away into toggles if not needed or it is too windy. The front canopy makes a lovely area to sit on a nice warm evening and is helpful to keep the rain off the front door. In the lounge there is one large window with toggle up curtain opposite the D shaped door, and two smaller windows with toggle down curtains either side of the front door. The large roll up front door also has a mesh screen door. The side door, opposite the large window is D shape with two zips, one along the bottom and one along the sides. It does not have a mesh screen door. The cable entry is just behind the large side window. The bedrooms are a dark material, reducing light for a longer sleep. There is a toggled in divider to make two bedrooms. Without the screen divider, it is one large bedroom. There are two zipped bedroom doors that when undone, store in a pocket out of the way. There are mesh ventilation panels on the bedroom doors that have a zip up panel to close the mesh. It has a bathtub style sewn in ground sheet. It is mm HH so should keep the rain out - each time I used it the sun shone and we had no rain. The tent is 470cm long by 250cm wide and 190cm high, the canopy is 120cm long. The pack size is not too big, 70cm x 35cm x36cm and weighs 17.6kgs I found the packed tent small enough to be easy to fit into the car. The Airbeams are very easy to pump up and the tent does not take long to put up and it can be done easily by one person. Vango Airbeam Excel Side Awning Standard for Solaris 400 Extra space for your tent: compatible with Vango's Solaris tents, Centara 800 tent, and Capri tents Four months old, used once. In good condition. This enclosed AirBeam Side Awning fits on the side of the tent. This is a full standing height awning. It is lovely and big, nearly as big as the lounge, with two large windows, without curtains, on either side of the awning which makes it light and airy. There are two smaller windows, without curtains, either side of the door. This awning is fully enclosed, or the door can be put up on canopy poles, or it can be rolled up. The material either side of the door can be rolled away to make an open ended extension. There is no groundsheet provided, but the flaps of groundsheet mean it fits flush with the ground so no bugs or water can get in under the fly sheet. We purchased this tent last weekend and regrettably have now decided we need something slightly bigger for our family, however this tent is very spacious. It has the added bonus of the extra canopy which you can add onto the front of the tent, creating either a separate kitchen dinging area or just more lounge space. It comes with footprint and carpet for both the main tent and the added canopy too. We pitched the tent when we got home with it last weekend and gave it a good air out and hoover ready for its next outing, so you will find it in good clean condition and was packed away dry. Being an 'Airbeam' it takes approximately 20 minutes from knocking in the first pegs to pulling out the final guy ropes and it's even quicker to take down. The pump supplied both inflates and deflates the air tubes as needed, and gives a pressure reading so that you do not over inflate the tubes. It is really easy to setup. There's plenty of storage pockets inside and 2 lots of storm straps which make the tent extra sturdy in windy weather. No rips or tears, and have checked for leaks whilst we had it erected and can happily say there were no leaks. Because it is so quick to put up we would be more than happy to show you the tent in all its glory if you wish to view, weather permitting. It's a great tent and a shame we got it wrong with the size. We have three children (two of which are teenagers) and need to go for an eight man to give us the space we need. We are currently looking for another larger airbeam. We've found Googling is a great way to find out more about these tents. Khyam Ridgi Dome Tourer tent - good quality tent, central section has quick erect set up (like an umbrella), each bedroom end uses flexipole supports. Complete with 2 removeable bedroom inners (with integral groundsheets), all poles, numerous pegs and a peg puller, guy ropes, porch poles, a number of spare parts inc. quick erect knuckles, instructions. The central section is tall enough for most people to stand up in, it has roll-up zipped doors either side, one of which has a window(part mesh) and roll up 'blind'. The included metal poles enable one door to be used as a porch. The interior layout is flexible so whilst intended as 4 berth, it could take more sleepers e.g. with smaller kids or without one or both bedroom inners. Can be erected by one person tho easier with two people especially if it's windy. We've gone over to the 'dark side' - a campervan;-) - so the tent hasn't been used for a while but having erected it for the pics. everything appears to be sound and in good condition.
