Super hard decision for the sale of a much loved mare. Tempest is a 6year old ex hurdler with heaps of potential in the eventing circuit. Standing at a full-up 16.1h, chunky type she would make perfect male or female ride. Tempy is snaffle mouth all the time, soft and responsive. She has 3 lovely floaty paces and currently working in an outline but still needs more work. I have schooled her over a 1m course and still has bags of room to spare, careful bold jump, doesn't stop, look or refuse. I see no issue as to why she wouldn't be able to compete round a BE100, hunt or make a team chaser. She has a lovely willing attitude to everything you ask her to do. Hacks out alone and in company, bold and brave. Will canter steady in open spaces, doesn't get silly. Tempest is a lovely mare but can pull faces, she won't follow through with anything, never bitten or kicked. Just a typical mare. Tempest is sound with no health issues. 15.2h 11yr old Arab x Oldenburg bred by Biddesden stud (breeders of William Fox-Pitt horse Tamarillo) Fun loving boy that is in need of an experienced rider to get him back into work and competing again. he rides quite big, lovely large free open paces and can be forward going. Zuc is a laid back chap, happy to go out for a good ride or work in the arena for dressage or jumping. He would make an excellent event horse or dressage. He is good in traffic but hasnt been on any "major" roads A or B roads, he rides on country lanes with farm machine, the hunt lorries with dogs etc.... He is NOT Bombproof! But he is a good boy. Zuc had an accident with his lip which prevented ridden work for 12months and hasnt been competed for the last 2yrs, He does have a small gap and scar on his lip, but nothing that impairs him ridden or otherwise, and you dont really see it. He has competed showing, some jumping events and a bit of dressage in younger years. He has also completed some fun rides... which he likes, although he can be a bit slow! He never puts a foot wrong, he always wants to please and is always a good boy. He must have a good home as this is a very sad sale, i have owned him from a yearling and parting with him is through necessity rather than want!
