15.2 talented competition Mare

This little mare is a master of show jumping turns and even out turns little ponies and jumps at incredible angles I have competed her show jumping up to 1m but jumping 1.20 courses at home with ease. I registered BSJA last year but only managed to get her to 3 BS shows and she won £175 in those 3 shows, she has done and won arena Eventer trains very rarely comes home without a 1st place, respects little jumps just as much as big jumps and is very clean this girl hardly ever touch’s a pole she is super careful. I have done XC on her and she has proved to be a winner again her second XC in her life she came 1st and qualified for Housewares national hunter trials everything this girl does she is a real winner. Schooling L.J has divine paces and works in a beautiful outline she would be brilliant at working hunter classes. Now L.J is and out and out competition horse she is very forward and responsive she is certainly not a happy hacker although I hack her twice a week she is a very flighty hack, she can be head shy fine to plait and bridle on etc just if you go for her head quickly or try and put a rosette on her bridle, she is good to shoe, load, travel. Clipping you must clip her lose if you try and tie her or hold her she gets really upset I just leave her with no restrictions walk up and down with her with the clippers running and as soon as she stands still in expectance I clip her completely lose even her face L.J would suit a small adult and child moving to horses that wants an out and out competition horse and wants to win. The only reason she is for sale is her height I have thought about selling her before for this reason and it’s so difficult going from her stride to my 16.3’s stride but you know what it’s like I am so attached to her but I feel she go much further than I can take her even though I jump her 1.20 at home I do baby her I had her from so young and as a consequence I have never pushed her scope to jump higher out. She would make an amazing little Event horse and with the right rider quickly progress up the BS ranks I have owned L.J since she was 4 years old so I pretty much no everything there is to know about her this is a massively difficult decision for me especially where I have had he for so long, my biggest concern with selling her is that she has never been ridden by anyone but me and for this reason I have put much lower price on her and does not reflect the quality and scope of her in any way Open to 5 stage vetting, Bloods, X-Rays etc she has never taken lame step in the 7 years I have had her, never sick or sorry this girl is as hard as nails Read More

Super hard decision for the sale of a much loved mare. Tempest is a 6year old ex hurdler with heaps of potential in the eventing circuit. Standing at a full-up 16.1h, chunky type she would make perfect male or female ride. Tempy is snaffle mouth all the time, soft and responsive. She has 3 lovely floaty paces and currently working in an outline but still needs more work. I have schooled her over a 1m course and still has bags of room to spare, careful bold jump, doesn't stop, look or refuse. I see no issue as to why she wouldn't be able to compete round a BE100, hunt or make a team chaser. She has a lovely willing attitude to everything you ask her to do. 15.2h 11yr old Arab x Oldenburg bred by Biddesden stud (breeders of William Fox-Pitt horse Tamarillo) Fun loving boy that is in need of an experienced rider to get him back into work and competing again. he rides quite big, lovely large free open paces and can be forward going. Zuc is a laid back chap, happy to go out for a good ride or work in the arena for dressage or jumping. He would make an excellent event horse or dressage. He is good in traffic but hasnt been on any "major" roads A or B roads, he rides on country lanes with farm machine, the hunt lorries with dogs etc.... He is NOT Bombproof! But he is a good boy. Zuc had an accident with his lip which prevented ridden work for 12months and hasnt been competed for the last 2yrs, He does have a small gap and scar on his lip, but nothing that impairs him ridden or otherwise, and you dont really see it. He has competed showing, some jumping events and a bit of dressage in younger years. He has also completed some fun rides... which he likes, although he can be a bit slow! He never puts a foot wrong, he always wants to please and is always a good boy. He must have a good home as this is a very sad sale, i have owned him from a yearling and parting with him is through necessity rather than want!
