Sadly selling on our Compass Vantage 4 berth caravan. The caravan is currently at Hirdre Fawr site, near Nefyn on the Llyn. It can remain at this beautiful spot by arrangement with the owners (£300 pa storage then £20 per night during use). The caravan is over 20 years old and has a great layout with a rear bathroom making a large, light and bright living space. Fourth berth is a fold out bunk more suited to a child than adult. Cassette toilet, large folding washbasin, shower, changing space and large 'walk in' wardrobe provides plenty of extra storage and hanging space. Two dining tables, fridge, hob, grill and oven. We have never used the appliances on gas as we always use electricity as it's included with the pitch fee so the gas appliances would need to be tested and probably serviced before use. The water heater and whale pump are in good working order. A new water trug is included along with step and waste The roof vents were replaced last Spring. WATER DAMAGE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The previous winter the there was water damage to the rear end of the caravan. The carpet from the bathroom area was too wet to save. The plywood floor has dried out seems fairly sound. It needs a piece of vinyl (or carpet if preferred). There's some staining to the ceiling around the kitchen roof vent which I can send a photo of. Compass Vantage caravan for sale

We are selling our lovely caravan!! We bought this caravan last year, and towed her all around Cornwall and Devon this summer, sadly however we now need to sell her as we are moving home and will not have anywhere for her. She is completely dry inside, sleeps 4 people, 1 double bed at the front, and 2 single beds converted from a seating area with table. End toilet with shower and sink. Full awning with an attachable pod which we have never set up, but will sleep another 2 at a guess. We will include a water carrier with handle, a waste water holder, blocks, gas bottle etc, basically its all ready to go. We THINK it was built in the early to mid 90`s. Vantage touring caravan with end bathroom making it light and spacious with a much better layout than most. The caravan is over 20 years old and has been at Hirdre Fawr near Pwllheli, Gwynedd, Wales over the past 2 years. The two roof vents were replaced with new last summer along with the leisure battery and the caravan is in fair condition for it's age. I've always used a mains electricity hook-up for the fridge, water heater, pump and lighting and I would recommend that the gas oven and hob and gas fire should be checked as I've never used gas. The bathroom has a cassette toilet, fold away washbasin and shower. The upholstery is in good condition with no stains or tears but the carpeting is not great and the bathroom needs new vinyl. Compass Vantage 2 Berth Touring Caravan In very good clean condition. All blinds, blackout and fly blinds work. Carpets and upholstery clean. 3 way fridge, gas fire, cooker, 3 hobs. All work. Up and over cupboard space. No damp. Bathroom, toilet, pull down sink, shower, new shower curtain. Gas bottle included. There is no water barrel, buyer will need to purchase a submersible water pump (£). we have never had water connected as we have only used this van for the odd night.
