Needs a revamp (new side window needed. Just needs a clean up. Side Windows have leaked but all dry now. Needs new skylights but we've just perspexed over and they're fine. Comes with cooker grill fridge and was told all working when we bought it. It does need work but I'd say £150 and it'll be good to go. Breaks, lights and tyres all good. It has been abused but will smarten up lovely.
