Needs a revamp (new side window needed. Just needs a clean up. Side Windows have leaked but all dry now. Needs new skylights but we've just perspexed over and they're fine. Comes with cooker grill fridge and was told all working when we bought it. It does need work but I'd say £150 and it'll be good to go. Breaks, lights and tyres all good. It has been abused but will smarten up lovely. Vantage touring caravan with end bathroom making it light and spacious with a much better layout than most. The caravan is over 20 years old and has been at Hirdre Fawr near Pwllheli, Gwynedd, Wales over the past 2 years. The two roof vents were replaced with new last summer along with the leisure battery and the caravan is in fair condition for it's age. I've always used a mains electricity hook-up for the fridge, water heater, pump and lighting and I would recommend that the gas oven and hob and gas fire should be checked as I've never used gas. The bathroom has a cassette toilet, fold away washbasin and shower. The upholstery is in good condition with no stains or tears but the carpeting is not great and the bathroom needs new vinyl.
