Compass Vantage 4 Berth Caravan with Cassette toilet

Vantage touring caravan with end bathroom making it light and spacious with a much better layout than most. The caravan is over 20 years old and has been at Hirdre Fawr near Pwllheli, Gwynedd, Wales over the past 2 years. The two roof vents were replaced with new last summer along with the leisure battery and the caravan is in fair condition for it's age. I've always used a mains electricity hook-up for the fridge, water heater, pump and lighting and I would recommend that the gas oven and hob and gas fire should be checked as I've never used gas. The bathroom has a cassette toilet, fold away washbasin and shower. The upholstery is in good condition with no stains or tears but the carpeting is not great and the bathroom needs new vinyl.
