Classic Carlight Cassetta Caravan. Berth I do not believe there are many of these coming up for sale or that many left, becoming a rare classic. Though I guess you will know this if you are looking at this listing. This caravan is for renovation, I did intent to restore it myself, however the pitter patter of tiny feet means that a 2 berth will no longer be suitable. Therefore I have to sadly pass it on. I believe that the van is mostly original. Here is an Abbey GT 415 caravan, built around ish.. It is what it is, and is in need of some TLC and repair.... The soft furnishings are in relatively good order, just slightly sun faded. There is a heater fridge oven grill and hob 240V or 12V Full Isabella awning. Lots of cupboards and storage space. Has seats that convert to double bed, and 2 seats to convert to 2 single beds. Has a good working leisure battery. There is a slight leak somewhere on the roof (possibly the seam down the middle of the roof, or the newly fitted skylight. The ceiling panels have been removed from half of the caravan, and there are hardboard replacements, but these could be used as stencils for the proper job... Inside it is untidy and needs a good vacuum.. The toilet and cubicle has been removed, making the entrance larger... but the pipes are still there if you wish to re-build the toilet. There is a hot water tank. The handbrake doesn't ratchet. Somehow the jockey wheel came apart, and as this is not my caravan, I have no idea how to put it back together. So altogether not too much wrong with it, but my parents have not got the time or inclination to undertake the project.... Neither have I.... There is nothing else with this, ie no electric hook up, nor water roll etc. The caravan is near West Tytherley. Any questions please ask.
