Some minor damage to the veranda where i out my foot through it as seen in the photo, but will be easy to fix. It hasnt been used for a couple of years so needs a bit of TLC and a clean. It has been treated twice a year with wood preserver. Height 2.0m. Width 1.5m, length including veranda 2.3m. Includes a lower level playhouse with cafe counter and 2 stools (the 2 stools aren't attached in the picture but do come with it), an upper level fort which you reach by the rock wall ladder, monkey bars which come out the back (these aren't attached but do come with it), a 2.2m slide, 2 swings and a selwood glider. This was only bought last year but we are selling as my sons just don't use it and as it cost £800+ it's just wasting space for us.
