The coop is in sound condition but the roof which is felted needs attention as does the nest box roof. Hinges need replacing. Height at highest edge 90cm. Coop measures 85.5x78.5cm. Nest box 74x34.5cm. Run under the coop has strong wire mesh. There are two perches in the coop with a double nest box. The floor of the coop is a metal lined tray which slides out for easy cleaning. Suitable for 3 or 4 laying hens. Included is a run measuring 135x82cm. Also plastic feeder and drinker included.
