I can walk trot and canter and I'm confident on any horse, I have ridden slightly green horses and also Golden horses. I am 10 stone and 5ft, have rode from 13hh upto 17hh so any size from 13+ is fine. Can hack alone or don't mind hacking with company, I'm confident on lanes and roads. Good evening. Does anyone local to me need a hand exercising their horse(s)? I'm looking to get back in the saddle having not ridden in a few months. I have ridden for about 10 to 12 years, have hunted with the Blankney and also a hunt near Melton Mowbray. Used to have my own horses up until about three or four years ago. Two coloured cobs ready to be broken in: Major - will make 13hh, rising 2 year old piebald cob. Been shown inhand and going exceptionally! Brilliant in traffic. Easy going and gentle lad with a heart of gold. Been handled from a baby, LOVES cuddles and attention. Everyone on the yard absolutely adores him. Excellent with other horses. Can be groomed for hours, will suit anyone, been handled by children, cannot fault him. Perfect for someone wanted to start from the beginning to help break him in, or just learn how to handle safe small horses. Needs lunging/ long reining now/leaning on etc. Will consider selling to the right person. Quinn - will make 14.1hh+, 1 year old skewbald cob, care and attention from a dedicated handler will make a very decent riding/driving horse. Needs someone to start from the beginning and get him used to being handled. Will stand to be groomed all day, had children handling him, but would prefer more experience as he's a little bigger. Used to traffic, excellent with other horses. Just needs a consistent routine now he's been brought in from field. Will go far in shows once he starts to blossom. Will consider selling to the right person. Yard on Marton Moss, Blackpool. Very quiet peaceful yard, large sand paddock and fields available.
