For Sale is my lovely boat Mayhem. She is 5M 2 berth GRP cabin cruiser Day boat in extremely good condition. She has a 9.9 Hp Yamaha, Electric start outboard and Yamaha 703 Remote with safety switch and isolator. The motor has hardly been used, probably no more than 25 hours running in total and has only been used in fresh water on the broads and previously on the Ooze. Self serviced earlier this year. She is mounted on a Swift, Single Axle, Braked, tilting Trailer in excellent condition with new spare wheel. She is clean and tidy throughout and can sleep two people. the lockable cabin has interior light, cushions, curtains, starage boxes, small folding wall table and porta potty for the ladies. She has a new battery, 10 litre portable fuel tank, electric automatic bilge pump and Navigation lights. All electrics and steering linkage is in full working order. Two auxillary 12v sockets on the steering dash for phone charge or other. She is registered for the broads and has a BSS certificate valid until . Externally she is tidy but does require a rub down and a new antifouling coat. I will include the antifoul paint along with primer and a can of topside paint. I was going to finish her off myself but ill health has prevented this, hence the reason for selling her. All external cleats, hand rails etc are stainless steel. Extras include: Mooring ropes and painter, Bank anchors, Mud anchor, full set of Fenders, 3 Adult 50N buoyancy vests, Two 100N child buoyancy Jackets, life ring, inflatable tender with oars, spare fuel tank and fuel line: Flushing caps for dry running of motor along with the service and maintenance manual. PICTON 17.5FT CABIN / DAY BOAT WITH MARINER 25HP 4 STROKE

17.5ft Picton fishing / day boat with 4 stroke 25hp Mariner Bigfoot outboard with power trim / tilt. It also has a 4 stroke 4hp Mariner auxiliary engine fitted on a drop down stainless steel auxiliary bracket. The boat comes with a Lowrance Elite 4X colour fish finder, Lowrance Elite 4M colour chart plotter and Lowrance Link-5 DSC VHF radio all with the original boxes and operation manuals. (Please note that in the photos the fish finder appears to have lines across the screen. However, this is not the case. It's due to the camera angle and the screen is actually 100% clear). A new deck has just been fitted as the old one was getting a bit tatty. New anchor light and running lights were fitted last year along with four new stainless steel grab rails and a new VHF antenna. The boat comes on a good roadworthy trailer. The wheel bearings are in good condition and have just been re-greased. Both engines have always been flushed after each use. I'm selling because I want a bigger boat.
