ong>Boatong> ong>forong> sale Great project ong>boatong> 33ft very wide A beautiful retro broads cruiser It is a bit of a project However is a good solid ong>boatong>! The pics are awful as you can see there is a crack in camera I will try to upload better pictures asap...... I brought this as a project about 6 months ago And I have started the majority of the work.... I have completed the main structural jobs.... Such as Cut and remove 90% of the reinong>forong>cing timbers, which are fibreglassed into the bottom of the hull. To give it more rigid strength. So I Grinded all the inside of the hull and fitted brand new timbers and cross beams and fibreglassed them back into the hull.... Which was a filthy job and got through a lot of materials.... Over £350 on epoxy alone... The original timber floor in the wheelhouse had rotted and collapsed, and the timber floor in the aft cabin had also rotted... Front sections are in small panels and are in good condition. All rotten broken timbers and floor were replaced with good quality ply And fitted with all new timber bearers.... Front of the ong>boatong> still has the large double bed at the bow. Which converts to two singles. Also has its original dining seats and table. Which convert to another double bed. Also has a toilet and stainless steel wash hand basin. Then you go up 2 steps Into the wheelhouse.... Which is very spacious with a removable roof Which would make a lovely dining room and plenty of space to seat 8 people spaciously ........................ All original dials and controls are all still fitted to the ong>boatong> Although I exspect the condition of it is very poor Down another 2 steps Into the aft cabin Which is a lovely spacious double cabin Which would give you plenty of seating space plus king size bed..... With also plenty of room ong>forong> storage And bedside sink unit and wardrobe... Further back from this in a separate sealed compartment is the engine room Which originally held two Perkins Diesel engines On outdrives These had been removed along time ago..... Thereong>forong>e I was going to convert the rear transom to a outboard mounting as you have a 4 knot speed limit up most rivers and inland water ways.... So running two inboard Diesel engines would be costly and pointless.... By fitting the outboard it would be much easier to maintain much easier to convert This would also be completely silent inside the ong>boatong> And you would gain 5ft long by full beam of the ong>boatong> of very good usable storage space........ Thereong>forong>e you would have more room ong>forong> water tanks storage tanks ong>Boatong> washing machine freezer etc......... Access to engine room is via 2 massive hatches on the rear deck of the ong>boatong>..... Which you then step down into the engine room Hatches are not in photos but I do have them !!!!! I just took them home to do a small repair which has been done to them... The water in engine bay has been there a week Due to tarp blowing off All together it is a great ong>boatong> Just needs finishing off Needs bed in rear cabin finishing off Seating area making in wheelhouse New galley fitting Rest is just paining cleaning and millions of odd jobs Just to summarise ong>Boatong> is 33ft Wide beam ong>Boatong> has a removalable wheel house roof which is ultra light weight designed ong>forong> going under bridges ong>Boatong> has aft cabin ong>Boatong> is designed as a 6 berth Which you could make more if you design wheel house correctly ong>Boatong> has large separate engine room no noises or smells into rest of ong>boatong> Bags of storage space ong>Boatong> is made of thick fibreglass.... With all new strengtherning fibreglassing Has all opening windows Has toilet and wash basin with room ong>forong> shower Has cushions up front ong>Boatong> has large ong>forong>wards hatch Large aft cabin hatch Hatch lid missing on aft cabin but easy to make.... As ong>forong> engine you can easily fit two new engines with outdrives ong>Boatong> is very cleverly designed so that the engine room is in 3 separate bays...... So you can have twin engine Or single engine As I said I was gonna make into outboard..... Please note ong>boatong> is being sold As is........... As a project!
